Frequently asked questions

Do you have any questions about how Restogroupes works? Here are some answers to your frequently asked questions. If you’re still unsure, please get in touch.

Live

Your telephone number and your establishment’s website address appear on our various communication materials (the Hotelgroupes-Restogroupes websites and printed brochure).

If the tour operator contacts you directly, we will have no record of your correspondence.

  • Via your dedicated Hotelgroupes-Restogroupes email address

When you joined, we created an internal email address for you: hg+no@hotelgroupes.com or rg+no@restogroupes.com

On our websites, this email address appears when a customer clicks on ‘contact by email’. It also appears in the printed guide.

This is a generic email sent to the email address you have provided and to us.
Only in this case do we have a record of the enquiries you receive.

If a customer contacts you by phone, ask them how they heard about you.
If they contact you by email, check the sender’s address. If it matches the Hotelgroupes-Restogroupes email address, it means they have contacted you via the network (website or brochure).

According to the Hotelgroupes-Restogroupes charter, you must respond to enquiries within 24 hours, even if your establishment is fully booked for the dates requested.
Please also copy us in on your replies to info@hotelgroupes.com or info@restogroupes.com

Important: Please remember to include your contact details in your reply so that you can be identified immediately, as this enquiry may have been sent to several establishments, and retain the subject line of the email, which serves as the reference for the enquiry.
